Cause:

1. The battery runs out.

2. The battery pack is not attached correctly.

3. Battery is defect or other reason.

Solutions:

1. Please charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original adapter (The correct charger output is 30V, 0.5A).

2. Remove and reattach the battery pack, ensuring it is securely in place,
